- Fireworks Display: America 250 – Fireworks Spectacular. As part of America’s 250th anniversary celebration, Richmond SailFest will light up the James River with the largest fireworks display in Virginia. June 13th – 9:00 PM
- Roots of Revolution – Shockoe Bottom Walking Tour: Commemorate #VA250 in Richmond with the Valentine! Step into the past in Shockoe Bottom, one of Richmond’s oldest historic districts, to learn about the struggles for freedom that shaped our nation.
- Liberty of Death Reenactment: St. John’s Church – June 14th – 1:30 PM
- IllumiNATION: To honor America’s 250th anniversary, this special event features a breathtaking video art projection that brings the American story to life. June 25 – 28 at 6:00 PM.
